Therefore, after the successful 4G testing event by major domestic telecommunications operators, the technology race has become more intense. This is not a disadvantage, but even very beneficial as network operators will focus on research to improve service quality and reduce product costs to serve users.
Expected nationwide deployment of MobiFone 4G/LTE network
According to the LTE 4G service rollout plan, from July 4, 2017, MobiFone will start offering high-speed data packages (High speed Data) for prepaid and postpaid subscribers. MobiFone 4G service includes 4 basic packages: HD70, HD90, HD120, and HD200.
With download speeds 7-10 times faster than usual. In optimal conditions, it can reach over 150 Mbps.
From mid-July, MobiFone will simultaneously deploy value-added content packages on the high-quality 4G platform, such as Data Plus packages - using data services as the core, with additional voice service benefits, and data packages to enhance customer experience like IP 4G, Fim+.. with flexible and diverse content in music, sports, movies, mobile games, health, education… suitable for all user needs, while launching services to serve the goal of building an e-Government.
Specifically, MobiFone will be the pioneer Vietnamese enterprise in cooperating with major global service providers such as Google, Facebook, iFlix, Youtube, Fim+… to develop and exploit fully licensed content, bringing a differentiated experience to users in terms of speed and service quality.

Register to experience MobiFone 4G service
To register for MobiFone's 4G packages, you need to own a 4G-compatible phone and text DK X or X to 999 (where: X is the package name: HD70, HD90, HD120, HD200) if you have already switched to a MobiFone 4G SIM.
If you have not switched to a MobiFone 4G SIM, please go to a MobiFone store. You need to bring your ID card (citizen ID card) to complete the conversion process. Then you will receive a MobiFone 4G SIM blank.
