Thailand is one of the most chosen tourist destinations. This country is famous and attracts a lot of Vietnamese tourists to visit. When going to Thailand, Vietnamese SIM cards cannot be used, so those who want to use the Internet choose the solution of renting a wifi hotspot.

Experiences of renting wifi to go to Thailand

  • The delivery service is very fast. I booked the rental in the morning and received the device in the early afternoon. They delivered the device to me 2 days before my flight, so I didn't have to worry about affecting my flight.
  • Wifi broadcast to many devices at once. The three of us went to Thailand and only needed to rent 1 wifi hotspot. When splitting the cost, it was cheaper than buying a Thai SIM card.

  • The device is easy to use as I just need to turn it on and connect to wifi. Then put it in your travel bag and you have continuous wifi to use. The battery is quite good, it runs out after half a day.
  • Sahaha has 2 packages for renting wifi to China: a 500 MB package and an unlimited high-speed data package. If you travel with 1 or 2 people and have low usage needs, you should rent the 500 MB per day package. This is the basic package for you to browse Facebook, read news, check email, or text, call Zalo, Viber. If you have high usage needs or travel with many people, you should rent the unlimited data package. It's only a little more expensive, but everyone can use it comfortably.
  • The wifi from the hotspot is very stable and fast. I used it on Phuket island and the wifi signal was still strong with 4 bars. Sitting in the middle of the sea with wifi to livestream was also very interesting.
  • If there is a day you cannot access wifi, report it to them immediately for checking. If it's a network error or a device error, you will be refunded. Don't try to access it or report it after returning.
  • This wifi device can only be used in the country where you purchased the data. The first time I rented it, I turned it on in Vietnam to try. I couldn't connect to the internet, thinking it was faulty, but it turned out that buying a Thailand package only works in Thailand, not in Vietnam.
