For subscribers of Vietnamese nationality
You can go directly to Viettel transaction points, where transaction staff will advise customers on services, packages, information, and necessary documents for registration free of charge.
Regulations for customers:
- Customers can register to join the network in any locality in the country
- Do not own more than 2 subscriptions for a single customer
- Necessary documents must be valid for at least the last 15 years
- The cost after joining the postpaid network will be 100,000 VND / subscriber.
- In case of not being able to present an ID card, it can be replaced by the following documents: military, officer, police, security identification papers... documents with equivalent validity.

- Go directly to the transaction point, bring all necessary documents.
- Passport with remaining validity
- Guarantee letter provided by authorized agency
