Instructions for sending international SMS from Viettel mobile subscribers
- Method 1: [+] + [Country Code] + [Phone Number]
- Method 2: [00] + [Country Code] + [Phone Number]
Example: You want to send a message to Thailand. The country code for Thailand is 66. The subscriber number you want to send to is 0852345678. You need to omit the leading 0 and enter the receiving phone number as +66852345678 or 0066852345678.

- Method 2:[00] + [Country Code] + [Area Code] + [Phone Number]
Example: You want to send a message to subscriber number 6200110 in Phnom Penh province, Cambodia. The country code is 855, and the province code for Phnom Penh is 23. You need to enter the receiving phone number as +855236200110 or 00855236200110.

Viettel International SMS Rates
Monthly subscription fees and free message receiving fees. You can view the sending rates to each country below.
The length of each message is defined as 160 Latin characters without diacritics or 70 characters with diacritics/Korean characters/Chinese characters. If it exceeds this limit, it will be charged as 2 messages.
When you use the international roaming service abroad, the sending message fee is calculated according to Viettel's roaming rates.
International SMS charges will be included in the monthly bill for postpaid subscribers or deducted directly from the main account for prepaid subscribers.
