• Send a text message QT ON send to 133 (free SMS) to register the international calling feature.
• Call the hotline 198 (free) and follow the instructions of the operator.
• Visit Viettel stores to follow the instructions of the transaction staff.
• Dial *133# (free) press call and follow the instructions to register for international calling service.

When you no longer use it and want to cancel, do the following:

• Compose a message with the syntax QT OFF send to 133 (free SMS) to cancel.
• Call the hotline 198 (free) and follow the instructions of the operator.
• Visit Viettel stores to cancel as guided by the transaction staff.
• Dial *133# (free) press call to cancel the service.

For Viettel international video calling, you do not need to register. Just ensure your phone is connected to Viettel 3G/4G.
