You can fly from Vietnam to Sydney Airport on Vietnam Airlines flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. After landing, you can get to your hotel by road or rail.

If you take a taxi, it will cost about $45 - $55 to get to Sydney city center. Or you can rent a car from Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Budget, Thrifty, and Redspot... to drive yourself around. You can choose to take bus route 400 which stops at Terminal 1. You will need an Opal travel card to use the service. You can save the most by renting a bicycle to get to Sydney city. If you have a limousine service picking you up, please get off at the T1 arrivals hall.

Sydney Airport is only 13 minutes from the city by train. You can choose to take the Airport Link train, which offers a quick and convenient way to get to the city and suburbs, with trains running about every 10 minutes. The train station is located at the end of the international terminal.

Melbourne International Airport

Melbourne Airport (Melbourne Airport) (IATA: MEL, ICAO: YMML) is located in the north, near the suburb of Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia. Locals often refer to this airport as "Tullamarine Airport" or simply 'Tulla' after the name of the place where the airport is located. Melbourne Airport has 3 terminals. Terminal T2 International has 16 gates, of which gates 12-16 do not have jet bridges. The other 2 terminals serve domestic flights. This is the second 24/7 airport after Sydney International Airport.

At Melbourne Airport, you can only fly with Vietnam Airlines' Ho Chi Minh City route. Therefore, people traveling to Australia often choose to land at Sydney Airport instead. Upon arrival at the airport, you can reach your hotel by bus, taxi, Uber, etc.

If you take a taxi, go to the international terminal arrivals hall to catch one. The price is similar to that at Sydney Airport. A more economical option is to call an Uber or Grab. If you are traveling independently, you can also rent a car to drive yourself. The most common way people choose is to take the bus. You can opt for the Sky Bus service for $19. It will take you directly to the city center. There is a bus every 10 minutes.

If you are a millionaire, you can use a helicopter to fly to your hotel or anywhere else you want in Australia. Melbourne Airport has a helipad for private helicopters.
