Online check-in must meet the following conditions:
- For passengers who have provided an email address when purchasing tickets and making reservations, the airline will provide a new online check-in facility, which helps save time and significantly reduce the steps in the check-in process on a computer or mobile device. Accordingly, at 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, passengers will receive a link in an email inviting them to check in online. With the link, passengers just need to click to complete the check-in process without having to re-enter itinerary information.
- For passengers who have not provided an email address, please check in online by following these steps.
Complete online check-in before boarding

Notes for International Check-in
- Passengers who have completed online check-in can change their seats by repeating steps 1 to 5, making the seat change in Step 4.
- For passengers who choose to print their own boarding pass online: select to print on A4 paper so that all information of the online boarding pass is displayed on one page. In case the boarding pass information is displayed on multiple pages, passengers must bring all those pages to the airport.
- For passengers who choose to receive the online boarding pass via email or mobile phone: passengers should go to the online check-in counter at the airport to get a traditional boarding pass.
- For domestic flights departing from Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, if passengers do not have checked baggage, they will be allowed to proceed directly to the security screening area.

At the airport:
- Passengers who have checked in online must be present at the Online Check-in Counter at the airport to verify their online boarding pass. Passengers must be at the Online Check-in Counter at least 15 minutes before the counter closing time. If passengers do not verify their online boarding pass within the prescribed time, the airline will cancel the passenger's online check-in.
- Passengers present their online boarding pass and other required documents according to the document requirements to check in for the flight.
- The boarding gate may be changed depending on the actual operating situation. Please check the information at the airport.
