The steps are as follows
Step 1: Open the 3G dcom software.
Step 2: Select Tools -> Options -> Preference -> Network: GPRS/EDGE Only.
(Click tools > Options > Preference > GPRS/EDGE Only, for those using English Language)
Step 3: Press the Start button (or the key between Ctrl + Alt), hover the mouse over Connect to, then hover the mouse back to Viettel, right-click and select Connect.
Step 4: After completing the above steps, reopen the Dcom 3g software and redo step 2, select the network as UMTS/HSPA and try downloading a song on Zing to see if anything has changed.
Attention:
After finishing, I advise you to reset the network configuration in the Options of your 3G USB to GPRS/EDGE Only, because if you don't reset it, it will cause a network configuration error when you boot up the computer.
