2. What are the available plans for travel Wifi?

Sahaha currently offers 2 plans for travel Wifi:

• Basic Plan: Offers 512 Mbps/Day high speed, unlimited regular speed data, suitable for users with light internet needs like browsing, checking emails...
• Advanced Plan: Unlimited high-speed data per day, allowing you to freely access the internet and watch movies, suitable for those who need large data usage or are traveling with a group.

3. What is the battery life and range of the device?

The Sahaha rental Wifi device has a battery life of 12 hours, can connect multiple devices simultaneously, and has a connection range of 10-15 meters.

4. If I travel abroad and cannot use the network as promised, will I get a refund?

If you travel or have a business trip abroad and encounter issues where you cannot use the network, please contact us at 0974.051.444 (you can add us on Zalo) for technical support.

In cases where our technical team has assisted you and you still cannot connect, we will deduct one day's rental fee from your total.

5. What are the notes about the device?

• Wifi speed depends on the mobile infrastructure and coverage in each country you visit. Depending on the coverage area, there may be unstable or lost connections in areas like mountains, beaches, deserts, subways...
• The device has a 4G data package. Once the 4G data is exhausted, the device will automatically switch to unlimited 3G data.

If you change your itinerary, you should notify us 1 day in advance so we can help you change it.

8. How is the rental period calculated?

• The time is calculated according to the time in the country where you rent.
• Start date: Is the start date of use when you are in the country you are renting.
• End date: Is the date you stop using.

9. How long in advance should I book a WiFi rental?

To ensure your trip is smooth and has fewer issues, you should book 1 day in advance so we can purchase data for you.
