Thank you for your trust and purchase from Vietnam Telecommunications and Technology Trading Company. After purchasing at company, you have the right to exchange for another product if you are not satisfied within 5 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy
- We do not refund money in any case. In case of exchange, the return policy must be followed.
Return Policy
- The returned product must be intact, brand new 100%.
- Warranty card (if any) and company stamp on the product must be intact.
- The product to be exchanged/returned must include the box, user manual, accessories and unused.
- For customers purchasing remotely, you will bear the shipping, packaging, cash on delivery, and communication costs equivalent to 25% of the order value.
Exchange/Return Processing Time
- Within a maximum of 2 days (from the date the company receives the exchanged/returned item), the company will reship the item according to the information requested by you.
